Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Soliant is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a highly clinical, contract-to-hire opportunity with a rapidly growing closed-door pharmacy specializing in Home Infusion services! This is not a production role — this position is built for an experienced clinical pharmacist who wants to manage TPN patients, counsel directly, and work hand-in-hand with dietitians and providers. There's strong long-term potential here too: candidates who convert to permanent are eligible for a pay increase, and this client offers very competitive permanent compensation. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities:

Clinically manage and monitor patients receiving TPN therapy Collaborate with dietitians, physicians, and providers to coordinate patient care Review TPN formulations, labs, and therapy progress; make clinical recommendations for discharging patients Provide patient counseling and education on medications and infusion therapy Oversee sterile compounding functions as needed, ensuring USP compliance Serve as a clinical resource and demonstrate leadership within the pharmacy

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted California Pharmacist License required Already licensed in Mississippi and Alabama, or willing to immediately obtain licensure in both, ideally 2+ years of recent, strong sterile compounding and clinical pharmacy experience required Experience clinically managing TPN patients required Strong knowledge of USP and sterile pharmacy practices required

Experience:

Home Infusion experience strongly preferred Experience collaborating with dietitians and other healthcare providers preferred What we're looking for: Someone with strong emotional intelligence, communication, and patient counseling skills A confident, mature clinical presence who can work well with both clinical and non-clinical staff Someone excited to grow long-term with a fast-growing pharmacy team

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$75-$78/hr, based on experience
