The role focuses on delivering expert pharmaceutical care in a busy clinical environment, supporting patient health through medication management, counseling, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Location:
Townsend, DE Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours, typically Monday through Friday, with some flexibility as patient needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services in an outpatient or clinic setting. Review and verify prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential interactions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy outcomes. Educate patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and adherence strategies.
