Job Description

Part-Time Compounding Pharmacist - DeBary, FL (Contract to Hire) A growing specialty compounding pharmacy in DeBary, Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Compounding Pharmacist to support its expanding operations. The pharmacy specializes in customized therapies for weight management and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Term of Assignment:
Contract-to-hire opportunity ASAP start Ongoing assignment Potential for permanent hire for the right candidate
Schedule:
One to two 8-hour shifts per week Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00
PM Job Duties:
Perform and verify sterile and nonsterile compounding Ensure compounded medications meet applicable quality and safety standards Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy Communicate effectively and collaborate with the pharmacy team Manage multiple responsibilities in a growing pharmacy environment Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn Help support the continued growth of the pharmacy
Requirements:
Clear and active Florida Pharmacist license Compounding experience or relevant hands-on compounding training Knowledge of USP , , and standards Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills Experience with hormone replacement therapy is preferred Eager new graduates with relevant compounding education, rotations, or training are encouraged to apply
