Paid Training Provided We are looking for friendly, customer-focused, and people-oriented Customer Care Representatives to join our team at Client Hearing Centres across the United States. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members interested in hearing health. You'll provide information, answer general questions, create a welcoming customer experience, and help schedule appointments with hearing specialists. No previous hearing industry experience is required - we'll train you! ???? What You'll Do Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner Educate members about hearing health and available services Answer general customer questions Identify members who may benefit from speaking with a hearing specialist Schedule appointments with hearing specialists Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive member experience Maintain an organized and professional work environment Collaborate with the hearing centre team ????
