Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A specialty compounding pharmacy in Debary, FL, is seeking a part-time pharmacist to support its expanding operations in weight loss and Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). This contract-to-hire opportunity offers 8-hour shifts, 1-2 days per week, providing flexibility for pharmacists eager to engage in specialized compounding services.
Location:
Debary, FL Schedule:
Part-time, 1-2 days per week 8-hour shifts within pharmacy hours of 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through

ASAP Responsibilities:
Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and product verification Maintain strict adherence to USP standards 795, 797, and 800 Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism in all pharmacy practices Communicate effectively and collaborate with the pharmacy team Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exhibit willingness to learn and contribute to the growth of the pharmacy
Qualifications:
Current, clear, and active Florida pharmacist license Experience in compounding (both sterile and non-sterile) required Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines essential Prior experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy is advantageous but not mandatory Open to motivated new graduates eager to gain specialized experience This position offers the chance to utilize and develop compounding skills in a dynamic, specialty-focused pharmacy setting.
