Minimum:

Valid USA pharmacist license Pharm.

D. degree or equivalent Active, unrestricted license to practice pharmacist in at least one state within the United States. Continuing Pharmacy Education to meet organizational and state licensing requirements. Have at least 1-year experience in pharmaceutical area

Preferred:

Have completed an accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency Have at least 1-year experience in clinical pharmacy Experience in medical management Managed Care Experience Board Certification Experience in quality improvement Required abilities/Competencies Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills needed to provide care appropriate to customers served Knowledge and demonstrated experience in quality management and assurance practices Ability to educate and coordinate with other health care professionals. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Anticipate future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy those needs. Maintains relationships with other departments and agencies Responsibilities Provide supervision for Pharmacy Residents. Prepare material and participate in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
