Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A growing compounding pharmacy affiliate of a national telehealth pharmacy company seeks a PRN Pharmacist to join their expanding operations in Doral, FL. This role primarily focuses on compounding non-sterile medications with an upcoming launch of sterile compounding services, serving patient needs in areas such as GLP-1 therapies, hormone replacement, and female hormone medications.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Coverage Needed:
Starting 9/23 with additional shifts available in
October Key Responsibilities:
Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws Support and facilitate sterile compounding operational workflows during launch Review and update pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations starting February 9 Provide pharmacist coverage as needed during regular operating hours
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Florida Pharmacist License (required) Experience with pharmacy start-ups is a plus Background in compounding (sterile or non-sterile) preferred; retail experience also acceptable Openness to receive training in compounding practices if necessary This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly established pharmacy with a focused niche in hormone therapies and telehealth services. The pharmacy team currently consists of about five on-site employees supported remotely in operations and clinical capacities, offering a collaborative work environment.
