Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Contract A compounding pharmacy located in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) on a contract basis to oversee operations while the facility secures its California license. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage the pharmacy's compounding activities in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 10:30 AM to 7:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Oversee sterile compounding processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff coordination Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance procedures Support the facility in obtaining its California pharmacy license
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Pharmacist licenses in both Florida and California (required) Minimum of 1 year of recent sterile compounding pharmacist experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills This contract assignment is ideal for pharmacists with a dual FL and CA license looking to apply their expertise in sterile compounding within a temporary PIC role.
