community. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling with impactful work in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting, supporting patient health with respect and professionalism.
Location:
Plantation (Ft. Lauderdale), FL area with additional per diem opportunities nearby
Schedule:
Coverage needed Thurs 7/30, 8:30 am
  • 5:30 pm Pharmacy hours: Monday
  • Thursday, 8:30 am
  • 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:30 am
  • 12:30 pm (no weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense
HIV/AIDS
medications with a focus on patient safety and adherence Build trusting, nonjudgmental relationships with patients managing sensitive health conditions Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Demonstrate proactive pharmacy intuition by identifying and addressing pharmacy needs promptly Maintain high standards of patient communication and empathy throughout all interactions
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years retail or specialty experience in
HIV/AIDS
medication dispensing Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software and technology-savvy Sensitivity to the needs of the
HIV/AIDS
patient population, with a respectful and empathetic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to support team and patient needs proactively This per diem role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a unique pharmacy setting with flexible hours and collaborative staff.
