Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A retail pharmacy is seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide expert medication dispensing and patient counseling in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a dedicated professional with retail pharmacy experience to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications following all legal and company guidelines Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and answer any related questions Manage inventory control to maintain adequate levels of medications and supplies Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription issues and improve patient care Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards Support pharmacy team operations and promote a positive customer experience

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with current and valid pharmacy licensure Proven retail pharmacy experience is required Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients and work with healthcare teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage workload efficiently

Pompano Beach, Florida Schedule/Hours:
