Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy seeks a part-time Pharmacist to support its expanding operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a growing business that values precision, teamwork, and professional growth.
Location:
DeBary, FL Schedule:
1-2 days per week 8-hour shifts Pharmacy hours 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through
Friday Responsibilities:
Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification with high accuracy Maintain strict adherence to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to ensure safe, high-quality medication preparation Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Uphold professionalism, reliability, and an eagerness to learn Support the pharmacy's growth initiatives by taking ownership and showing motivation
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current, clear, and active Florida pharmacist license Compounding experience required Knowledge of USP compounding standards (795, 797, 800) Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy preferred but not mandatory Open to enthusiastic new graduates ready to learn and grow in a specialty compounding environment This role provides a unique chance to develop specialized compounding skills and work within a supportive team dedicated to innovative patient care.
