Responsibilities include:

Verifying medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow Managing pharmacokinetics and dosing adjustments Consulting with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care Utilizing Meditech and Pyxis systems for medication management Qualifications and experience desired: Active Florida pharmacist license Experience in a hospital inpatient setting, preferably with community hospital exposure Willingness and availability to work night shifts Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
