Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations) for the Emergency Center (EC) and associated areas (e.g., Pediatric (department 6050), Trauma Center (department 6234), and Urgent Care Center department 6236)). Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Improves medication use safety in the EC. Develops medication use management programs. Supplies didactic and experiential clinical pharmacy training to Pharm.D. students and pharmacy residents.
