Scrubs Position Overview We are seeking a licensed HD Pharmacist to join a dedicated team of pharmacy professionals in a fast-paced long-term care pharmacy environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient pharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality medication dispensing, supporting workflow management, and maintaining compliance with all Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to providing exceptional service to patients and healthcare facilities. About the Team You will be working alongside a small, highly detailed group of pharmacy professionals focused on delivering quality patient care while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform initial review and verification of all incoming medication orders. Conduct final pharmacist review of packaged medications prepared by pharmacy technicians. Communicate with healthcare facilities to clarify prescription orders and resolve discrepancies. Oversee daily pharmacy workflow to ensure operational goals and turnaround times are met. Maintain accurate documentation related to pharmacy operations and workflow processes. Ensure compliance with all Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies. Support staffing and operational needs to maintain efficient pharmacy performance. Collaborate with technicians and pharmacy staff to optimize workflow and patient service. Assist in quality assurance initiatives and medication safety practices. Required Qualifications Active Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist License. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays. Preferred Qualifications Previous long-term care pharmacy experience. Experience utilizing the FrameworkLTC operating system. Proven ability to manage workflow in a high-volume pharmacy setting. Schedule Rotating shifts No overnight shifts required
