Job Description
Position Summary Under the general direction of the Director and Department Manager, provides advanced pharmaceutical care according to standards established by the Department of Clinical Pharmacy to all patients. Assists in the development and coordination of clinical pharmacy services and educational programs for the Department. Responsible for providing tools and educational opportunities to enhance services provided by all staff members. Participates on intra
- and interdepartmental committees as assigned.
- Required Experience 2-3 years cinical pharnacy ambulatory care
- Preferred License & Certification Professional License with State of Practice
- Required Addition to PharmD and residency
- Board certification in a pharmacy specialty within the first 3 years
- Required Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Required Core Job Functions Assess pharmacotherapy and individualize therapy to specific patient needs and communicate therapeutic recommendations to the Medical Staff.
