The position requires a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practice and experience with prescription management.

Contract Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers and patients Manage and dispense prescription medications safely and effectively Monitor drug therapy to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams by offering pharmaceutical expertise Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standardsQualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure Experience in clinical pharmacy practice, preferably within a hospital environment Knowledge of medication therapy management and prescription dispensing Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across healthcare teams Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care Ability to work independently in a small hospital setting This contract opportunity suits candidates interested in making a meaningful impact within a close-knit rural healthcare environment.
