AM Key Responsibilities:

Perform order verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication therapy Apply principles of pharmacokinetics for individualized patient care Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems proficiently for medication management and documentation

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid pharmacist license and current credentials Experience with overnight hospital or institutional pharmacy practice preferred Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during night shifts This role presents a dynamic work schedule that supports extended periods off, providing balance and recovery time.
