Pharm D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy (Preferred) PGY1 residency plus 1 year of pharmacy practice as appropriate for the program setting OR PGY1 residency plus PGY2 residency plus 6 months of pharmacy practice as appropriate for the program setting OR A minimum of three years of pharmacy experience as appropriate for the program setting
Required License/Certification:
Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist License Certification through Board of Pharmacy Specialties (Preferred) What you will do: The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimizing patient care by collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. As a member of our pharmacy team, provides specialized pharmaceutical services, conducts medication reviews, and contributes to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guideline. In addition, leads and maintains a service or program related to clinical, technical or operational areas within the department or health system.
