This role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmacy services. The position is a 3-6-month contract, requiring candidates to commit for the full duration of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee intravenous (IV) admixtures in compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient-centered pharmaceutical care Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements Utilize EPIC system for accurate and efficient documentation and medication order processing

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active IL Pharmacist license is mandatory Minimum of 1 year hospital experience, including sterile compounding or IV room operations Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy procedures and standards Proficiency in using EPIC/Meditech/Cerner electronic health records systems Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills This contract position offers an engaging clinical environment with the opportunity to apply specialized skills in inpatient pharmacy.
