None Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist with strong Oncology Infusion experience to support an acute-care oncology pharmacy team. Requirements Active Illinois Pharmacist License required; pending/emergency licenses not accepted. PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience; 3+ years preferred. Oncology Infusion experience required. Experience with inpatient/acute care pharmacy, chemotherapy, IV preparation, sterile compounding, and hazardous medications. BLS certification required. Chemotherapy/Hazardous Drug experience required. Previous travel experience required. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify chemotherapy and IV medications. Perform sterile compounding and safe handling of hazardous drugs. Provide clinical, renal, geriatric, and pharmacokinetic dosing. Monitor high-alert medications and therapeutic drug levels. Support oncology and hematology patient care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the pharmacy team. Additional Information
