Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A well-established, large closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy operates a high-volume medication shipping service to nursing homes, processing 800-1000 prescriptions daily with a strong team of over 50 employees. They are currently seeking two Staff Pharmacists to join their team on a contract basis.
Schedule & Hours:
Thursdays and Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy and compliance Perform cycle checking for prescription accuracy Verify prescriptions efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
Active Kansas Pharmacist License in good standing with no negative history Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience; LTC experience preferred but recent graduates and retail pharmacists are encouraged to apply Ability to begin working as soon as possible This role offers the opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced, supportive environment specializing in LTC pharmacy services.
