Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A Pharmacist position is available at a small critical access hospital located approximately 1.5 hours south of Louisville, KY. The hospital has 25 beds and an 18-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF), providing a close-knit healthcare environment. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with some hospital experience seeking per diem work.

Hardinsburg, KY Dates:
October 12 - October 16
Shift:
7:00 AM to 3:30
PM Position:
Pharmacist (Per Diem)
Setting:
25-bed critical access hospital with an 18-bed skilled nursing facility
Key Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Collaborate and consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Utilize hospital IT systems, including Cerner and MedDispense, for medication management Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Qualifications:
Active Kentucky pharmacist license required Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Cerner Strong communication skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and safety
