You'll have a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, experienced technician support, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to help grow oncology and other pharmacy services Position Details Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No nights or weekends No call requirement; established call coverage is in place Typical inpatient census of approximately 8-16 patients Hands-on medication review, reconciliation, and clinical recommendations Help develop growing oncology, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy services Two experienced full-time pharmacy technicians provide daily support Integrated Cerner EMR and TouchPoint/MedDispense automated dispensing Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $120,000-$135,000 $5,000 sign-on bonus $2,500 after six months $2,500 after one year $5,000 relocation assistance Employer pays 50% of continuing education expenses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) with employer match; Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Qualifications PharmD or BS in Pharmacy Pharmacist license in good standing Ability to become licensed to practice in Kentucky Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred, not required Strong pharmacology and drug-therapeutics knowledge Ability to work safely and independently Strong communication with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff Accuracy and attention to detail Oncology, sterile compounding, and Cerner experience are helpful but not required.
