SNF Type:

13-week+ contract with potential for temp-to-hire

Start:

ASAP, no later than 10/12

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM IT Systems:

Cerner and MedDispense Travel Support:

Lodging, meals, and incidentals available for qualified travelers Responsibilities Verify medication orders Dispense medications accurately and efficiently Consult with physicians and nursing staff Support day-to-day inpatient pharmacy operations Provide safe and effective medication management for hospital and SNF patients Requirements Active Kentucky Pharmacist License Hospital pharmacy experience preferred Comfortable working in a critical access hospital setting Cerner and/or MedDispense experience is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
