The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, including retail specialty and critical care, and proven leadership skills. This role involves supervising pharmacy staff, managing medication therapy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions for safety and appropriateness Manage inventory, including compounding, stock control, and storage compliance Conduct patient assessments, provide counseling, and optimize medication therapies Maintain accurate records using pharmacy software

Qualifications:

Experience in retail specialty pharmacy and critical care strongly preferred Completion of a pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical experience Expertise in clinical pharmacy services, including patient assessment and medication management Familiarity with HIPAA compliance

$65.00 - $68.00 per hour
