The pharmacy operates with advanced technologies such as Epic for order entry and Pyxis for automation, supporting efficient medication management.

Denham Springs, LA Schedule:

Monday to Friday Shifts available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital environment Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy management and patient safety Utilize Epic for medication order entry and electronic health records Support medication dispensing and inventory management using Pyxis automation systems Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:
