Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution. Pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Experience in LTC pharmacy, critical care, pediatrics, or hospital settings is advantageous. Proficient in using EMR systems and pharmacy software for efficient workflow management. Strong understanding of medication management principles, including compounding and administration techniques. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Knowledge of pain management protocols and acute care practices is beneficial.
