Responsibilities include:

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions. Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal requirements. Help ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation and prescription-processing records. Provide professional oversight and support to pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff. Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to maintain an accurate, organized, and efficient workflow. Provide pharmacist coverage as needed to support pharmacy operations.

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Pharmacist license in the State of Minnesota. Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred:

Experience with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records. Previous experience in specialty pharmacy, patient services, or a clinical pharmacy setting.
