Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A specialty pharmacy is seeking an experienced pharmacist for a contract role lasting 13+ weeks. This position is based in Bemidji, MN, with a focus on long-term care pharmacy duties.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

Manage pharmacy operations within a specialty pharmacy setting Provide long-term care pharmacist services, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient safety Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy management Support immunization efforts and patient counseling as needed

Qualifications:

PharmD degree or current MTM certification Immunization Certification required CPR Certification preferred Previous experience in long-term care pharmacy highly desirable This contract role offers the opportunity to apply specialized pharmacy skills in a supportive environment focused on patient care.
