We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Full single health insurance paid for full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practices, along with excellent patient service skills. 10 hour shifts. Hiring for either 20, 30, or 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and provide detailed instructions to patients regarding their use. Conduct medication therapy management and review patient medication profiles for potential interactions or contraindications. Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
