Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This contract opportunity seeks a skilled Pharmacist to support a specialty pharmacy location in Waseca, MN. The role focuses on serving long-term care patients, providing specialized pharmaceutical care tailored to this setting. This position offers 20-30 hours per week with a mostly Monday through Friday schedule, including some weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dispensing and review of medications for long-term care residents Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management Maintain detailed records and documentation of pharmacy activities Support quality assurance and safety protocols within the specialty pharmacy setting

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Minnesota Prior experience in long-term care pharmacy or specialty pharmacy preferred Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, regulations, and patient care standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Waseca, Minnesota Schedule/Hours:
