Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A dynamic opportunity is available for a pharmacist experienced in long term care and retail pharmacy settings. This ongoing contract role is based in Cold Spring, MN, within a specialty pharmacy environment, offering a unique blend of responsibilities and an engaging work schedule.
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard long term care and retail pharmacist duties with accuracy and professionalism. Dispense medications and provide counseling to patients to ensure proper use and adherence. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes. Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Immunization Certification, demonstrating ability to provide vaccinations. CPR Certification, ensuring readiness for emergency situations. Possession of a PharmD or Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Previous experience and a strong foundation in long term care and retail pharmacy preferred.
