Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist for a contract opportunity lasting 13+ weeks. This role offers 24 to 40 hours per week with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including some weekend shifts. Responsibilities include performing Long Term Care Pharmacist duties, ensuring proper medication management, and providing expert pharmaceutical care tailored to specialty patient needs. You will play a vital role in optimizing patient outcomes and supporting healthcare teams through your pharmaceutical expertise.
Desired Qualifications:
PharmD degree or MTM certification Current Immunization Certification CPR Certification Experience within specialty pharmacy or long-term care preferred Strong knowledge of medication therapies and patient counseling
