Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) — Durham, NC | Josefs Pharmacy Urgently Hiring Josefs Pharmacy, a reputable independent and family-owned community pharmacy chain serving Raleigh & Durham, North Carolina, is urgently hiring a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Durham location at 3421 North Roxboro St, Durham, NC 27704. This is a leadership role for an experienced pharmacist ready with the compliance authority, staffing support, and work-life balance that big chains can't offer. Our current PIC is relocating so we need a strong replacement to step in and keep this pharmacy running the way our patients and staff have come to expect.

Reporting directly to ownership. You'll have real authority over how your pharmacy operates, and real input into hiring and processes. You'll lead 3 technicians in a well-staffed, no-bureaucracy environment where decisions get made fast because the owners are actually in the loop.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM | Saturdays 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (rotating) | Closed Sundays and weekday nights. Additional on-call availability as needed for compliance/operational matters. Full NC Board of Pharmacy and DEA regulatory compliance for the pharmacy Controlled substance oversight, inventory control, and recordkeeping Hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision of a 3-technician team Leading and growing our immunization program Overseeing MTM and clinical pharmacy services Budget and operational accountability for the pharmacy location Setting the standard for high-touch, high-quality patient care Weekly 800

Requirements:
