Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong knowledge of pharmacy practices.Responsibilities:
- Long Term Care or Retail Pharmacy Experience
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide clinical support to healthcare providers
- Monitor patient medication regimens for interactions and side effects
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:- Retail or Long Term Care Pharmacy
- Strong anatomy knowledge and medical terminology proficiency
