We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy team and oversee the daily operations of our busy community pharmacy. What We Offer $63-$75/hour , based on experience Full-time position Monday-Friday schedule Rotating weekends No nights Major holidays off Performance Based Bonus Program Family-friendly work environment Established pharmacy with 47 years of community service Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Eastern North Carolina Leadership role with an experienced pharmacy team Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription dispensing Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Provide medication counseling and clinical support to patients Review prescriptions and identify potential medication-related problems Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers Manage pharmacy inventory and controlled substances Ensure compliance with North Carolina and federal pharmacy regulations Maintain HIPAA, quality assurance, and CQI standards Help develop and implement workflow and process improvements Provide leadership, training, and support to the pharmacy team

Qualifications Required:

Current, unrestricted North Carolina pharmacist license PharmD or BS in Pharmacy Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage a busy pharmacy environment Commitment to patient safety and outstanding customer service

Preferred:
