We hope you will consider joining us as an employee owner. Job Description Pharmacist BlueSky Pharmacy LLC is a Long-term Care pharmacy in Gretna, NE. BlueSky Pharmacy is committed to ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medication therapy for residents in long‑term care settings. Key Responsibilities Identify and resolve drug‑related problems, including interactions, duplications, contraindications, and inappropriate dosing. Provide clinical recommendations to prescribers and facility staff to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing. Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, prescribers, and facility administrators. Communicate recommendations clearly and professionally to interdisciplinary teams. Assist with formulary management and cost‑effective medication use strategies. Support pharmacy technicians and other staff as needed. Pharmacy Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Weekends as needed Occasional rotating on call Work Environment Collaboration with LTC facilities across Nebraska.
