What You'll Do:
Provide inpatient pharmacy services across hospital departments including ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED Prepare and dispense medications accurately following hospital protocols Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care Support medication management using Meditech; familiarity preferred Assist with medication monitoring and documentation Work independently during weekend shifts, ensuring continuous coverage Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
What You Need:
Required:
Valid Pharmacist license in New Hampshire 2-5 years of inpatient hospital experience Ability to work independently, especially on weekends Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy processes
Preferred:
