Supervising Pharmacist - Long-Term Care $135,000-$150,000/Year | Concord, NH | Full-Time Ready to take your pharmacy career beyond the traditional retail setting? We're seeking an experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Concord, New Hampshire . This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys clinical leadership, medication management, and working closely with healthcare teams to improve the care of long-term care residents.
Salary:

Your responsibilities will include:
Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy staff in daily LTC pharmacy operations Review and verify medication orders and prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness Ensure medications are prepared, dispensed, and delivered accurately and efficiently Provide clinical oversight and support for medication therapy Collaborate with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, facility staff, and other healthcare providers Help ensure appropriate medication use and promote resident safety Support medication reviews, clinical interventions, and quality assurance initiatives Maintain compliance with applicable New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy , state, and federal regulations Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining pharmacy policies and procedures Train, mentor, and provide guidance to pharmacy staff Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality Address medication-related issues and provide appropriate clinical recommendations Help maintain high standards of service for the long-term care facilities and residents served by the pharmacy What We're Looking For PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree Active and unrestricted New Hampshire Pharmacist license Previous Long-Term Care pharmacy experience strongly preferred Previous supervisory, management, or pharmacy leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of medication safety, pharmacy regulations, and LTC pharmacy practices Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with pharmacists, technicians, nurses, physicians, and facility teams Ready to Lead in Long-Term Care?
