Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity seeks an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support critical hospital departments including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency. The role is based in a rural location and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekend shifts every third weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services independently, including weekend coverage Utilize pharmacy IT systems, primarily Meditech and Omnicell, to manage medication orders and dispensing Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective medication use Adhere to hospital policies and state regulations including handling of a temporary pharmacist license for

Berlin, NH Ideal Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience, with proven ability to work autonomously Experience with Meditech pharmacy systems strongly preferred; knowledge of Omnicell a plus Availability for rotating weekend shifts and flexible schedule including occasional early mornings and late afternoons (
Mon-Fri:
7:00/7:30 a.m. - 4:30/5:00 p.m.; weekends 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) Willingness to live and work in a rural setting; note that housing may require special consideration
