  • Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract We have a great opportunity at a community hospital in New Hampshire, and honestly, if you have never been to northern New Hampshire, this assignment might change your life a little.
Think White Mountains, fall foliage that does not quit, skiing, hiking, and the kind of quiet that is genuinely hard to find anymore. We are looking for an experienced inpatient pharmacist who is comfortable working independently and ready to jump into a full-service hospital supporting ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical Surgical, and Emergency Department patients. Travel Contract Assignment Length:
13 weeks
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. Rotating weekend coverage every third weekend, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Full housing, meals and mileage covered, weekly pay, medical benefits Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services across ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical Surgical, and
  • Emergency Department.
  • Verify and process medication orders using Meditech
  • Manage Omnicell automated dispensing throughout the facility
  • Consult with physicians and nurses on medication therapy and patient care
  • Work independently on weekend shifts, which are shorter and very manageable
  • Ensure safe medication dispensing and compliance throughout all operations Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience required
  • Must be comfortable working independently, especially on weekend shifts
  • Meditech experience preferred
  • Omnicell familiarity a plus Qualifications
  • Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License required or willing to obtain A small city with a big heart,t sitting right at the edge of the White Mountain National Forest.
