Hospital Pharmacist — Full-Time, Direct Hire with Visa Sponsorship We are recruiting a full-time pharmacist for a hospital client in the United States. This is a permanent, direct hire position with the hospital, with TN, H-1B and EB-3 green card sponsorship available depending on eligibility. What you'll do Provide pharmaceutical care across inpatient, outpatient and emergency services Review and verify medication orders, and monitor therapy for safety and appropriate dosing Provide clinical consultation to providers, nurses and care teams Support medication safety, chronic disease management and patient outcomes Maintain compliance with state board of pharmacy rules and applicable federal regulations What we're looking for PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy (RPh) A US pharmacist license, or eligibility to obtain one Valid work authorization, or eligibility for sponsorship Why this role A small hospital, where one pharmacy team covers the full scope of care rather than a single service line Broader clinical variety than a large system, with direct working relationships across the care team Full sponsorship support, with a permanent green card pathway rather than a temporary placement If this sounds like the right next step, apply with your most recent resume and we will be in touch. #IND1

$130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
