Position Summary We are recruiting a motivated Physical Therapist to support children across outpatient, home-based, and community settings. The Physical Therapist will advocate for each child's functional needs, provide high quality interventions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize developmental outcomes. Responsibilities Provide evaluations and evidence-based PT interventions in clinic, home, and community settings. Develop individualized treatment plans that target strength, balance, mobility, and functional skills. Monitor, document, and report patient progress; meet documentation standards and billing timelines. Collaborate routinely with SLPs, OTs, family therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Engage and coach families to carry over strategies into daily routines. Participate in team meetings, IFSP/IEP/6-month reviews, and program benchmarks. Supervise PTA(s) as required. Qualifications Graduate degree in Physical Therapy Active New Mexico PT license. Dependable, detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, communicate, and lead a team approach to treatment.
