Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire A dynamic opportunity is available to lead as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at a specialty pharmacy focused on GLP1s, allergy medications, and immunotherapies. This growing pharmacy offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping its future by building an expert team of pharmacists and technicians. Positioned in North Las Vegas, NV, this direct hire role involves managing operations with a focus on compliance, quality, and expansion.

North Las Vegas, NV Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring full regulatory compliance with USP , , FDA, and state pharmacy boards Oversee sterile compounding operations, managing workflow, staff, and quality assurance measures Maintain compliance across multiple states, including California and other non-resident jurisdictions Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sterile compounding Recruit, supervise, and train pharmacists and pharmacy technicians forming a strong team Manage inspections, audits, and interactions with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations Oversee environmental monitoring, validation protocols, and documentation requirements Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations to maintain safety and efficacy Collaborate with executive leadership on operational expansion, licensing, and strategic initiatives Maintain meticulous records, ensuring readiness for inspections at all times
Desired Experience:
Active Nevada pharmacist license required; California license highly preferred given client base Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospital, infusion, or specialty pharmacy environments Proven leadership and people skills with the ability to build and manage a team Flexibility and willingness to obtain additional licenses as the business expands Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and regulatory compliance
