Staff Pharmacist

Our pharmacists play a vital role in supporting patients with complex and chronic conditions. In this role, you will: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Utilize your patient education skills to strengthen relationships between pharmacy and clinical teams. Engage with cutting-edge practices and technologies while contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and innovation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in patient education Specialty pharmacy experience in a hospital setting Sterile compounding expertise Board Certification (e.g., BCOP, BCPS) Familiarity with automated dispensing cabinet systems and controlled substance monitoring Required Qualifications Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
