Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to control inventories by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and optimize profits. Prepare and dispense medications by weighing, measuring, and mixing drugs and medical compounds accurately; advise patients on self-medication and over-the-counter remedies. Maintain clear communication with healthcare and insurance professionals to ensure optimal patient service. Administer patient immunizations regularly, supporting public health initiatives. In the Pharmacy Manager's absence, schedule pharmacy associates, manage work assignments, recognize performance, and oversee disciplinary actions to maintain a productive and compliant pharmacy environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Valid New York State Pharmacist License. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to advise and assist customers and healthcare professionals. Experience in inventory management and staff supervision is a plus.
