Certifications/Licences:

Required Education:

Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Required Certifications& Licensure:

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio.

Mandatory Experience:

Must have OH state license in hand

Shift:

Evenings, shifts either 4x10s or 5x8s (training will be during Day shift) 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Experience:

3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience (large medical center), Epic experience

Additional Skills:

familiar with sterile compounding (overseeing/checking), order verification, checking sterile products, checking dose meds, checking Pyxis, fielding questions from patients/doctors, IV room, Ecmo, CRRT, consults, antibiotic dosing, etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated pharmacy practice skills.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1 or 2 years hospital experience.
