Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Lead daily pharmacy operations and clinical services for safe, home-based intravenous therapies as a Pharmacy Manager in Dublin, OH. This direct hire position requires a skilled professional to oversee sterile compounding, manage pharmacy personnel, and ensure compliance with rigorous regulatory standards, all while supporting branch profitability and clinical excellence.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must have schedule flexibility, including administrative on-call duties
Responsibilities:
Direct daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management Supervise and lead pharmacists and technicians through recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Participate in branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvements
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical and operational roles within home infusion or acute care settings Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy staff, with a focus on training and orientation Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred Prior infusion setting experience is highly desired; specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered This role is a direct hire opportunity, ideal for pharmacy professionals ready to advance their leadership in a specialized infusion environment.
