Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Support patient care in a 25-bed hospital setting located in Logan, OH, with a commitment to pharmacy excellence. Responsibilities:

Provide pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment with a focus on ED, Infusion, and Orthopedics. Accurately utilize the EPIC order entry system for medication management (experience preferred). Participate in on-call rotations to support pharmacy services outside regular hours. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use. Desired Experience:

Active Ohio Pharmacist license required. At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience. Experience with the EPIC order entry system highly preferred. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with some on-call responsibilities and occasional Saturdays. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. On-call after some shifts. Occasional Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This contract assignment begins by September 8th at the latest and spans at least 13 weeks.
