Part Time Pharmacist Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to join its community pharmacy team in Parkersburg, WV. This role supports individuals with behavioral health, addiction, chronic illness, and other complex health conditions through coordinated pharmacy care and medication management. As a pharmacist, you will work closely with pharmacy technicians, providers, and care teams to ensure patients receive appropriate medications and support. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to regulatory compliance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do
Review requests for prescription prior authorizations.
Oversee the activities of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks, and customer service advocates.
Perform all duties and functions in compliance with state and Federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
Support department quality assurance and improvement guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with care teams to support patient outcomes. What You'll Need
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure.
1+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Demonstrated ability to work various shifts as needed. Preferred Qualifications
PBM or Managed Care experience.

Hourly pay range: $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment.
